Which season are you in?

Two stages of life. Two very different sets of needs.

Find yours below.

Postnatal nutrition

You just had a baby. Who's taking care of you?

The fourth trimester is real. While everyone focuses on the baby, your body is healing, your hormones are shifting, and you're running on no sleep. You don't need a diet — you need to be replenished.

  • Rebuild iron, vitamin D, and choline stores
  • Eat well enough to support breastfeeding
  • Quick, nutrient-dense meals for exhausting days
  • Steady energy and mood when you need it most
  • Heal — without pressure to "get your body back."
Perimenopause & menopause

Your body is changing the rules. Let's rewrite them together.

Hot flashes, stubborn weight, brain fog, sleepless nights, a body that doesn't respond the way it used to. You're not imagining it, and you don't have to "just deal with it." The right nutrition makes a real difference.

  • Understand and manage weight and body composition shifts
  • Protein and strength to protect your muscle and metabolism
  • Eating patterns that calm hot flashes and improve sleep
  • Protect your bones and heart for the decades ahead
  • Steady blood sugar for clearer thinking and a more stable mood

You deserve to be heard

Overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice?

One influencer says cut carbs. Another says never eat dairy. Your friend's diet worked for her but left you exhausted. It's hard to know what's real when everyone claims to have the answer. Here, we cut through the noise with evidence-based guidance tailored to your body, your hormones, and the season of life you're in.

Dr. Jessica Strosahl

Hi, I'm Jessica

A scientist in your corner.

I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Human Genetics at Emory University School of Medicine, where I care for patients through the Emory Genetics Clinic and Georgia's Medical Nutrition Therapy for Prevention Program. As an NIH-supported Georgia CTSA TL1 Fellow, I spend my research hours translating precision-nutrition science into guidance you can actually use at the kitchen counter.

In session, that means current research, warmly delivered — no fads, no shame, no rigid meal plans. Just a plan that fits your body, your schedule, and the season of life you're in.
