I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and nutrition scientist based in Atlanta, Georgia. I hold a PhD in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Georgia and currently serve as a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Human Genetics at Emory University School of Medicine.
My clinical work spans pediatric and adult patients with inherited metabolic disorders through the Emory Genetics Clinic, alongside remote nutrition counseling through Georgia's Medical Nutrition Therapy for Prevention Program. As a recipient of the NIH-supported Georgia CTSA TL1 Fellowship, I spend my research hours translating precision-nutrition science into care that's actually usable.
In session, my approach is gentle and unhurried. We start with what's already working, layer in evidence-based interventions, and let confidence return at your pace — no scary lists, no shame, no all-or-nothing thinking. Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis, the postpartum season, or simply want to feel better in your body, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
